Hashim Suyono Djojohadikusumo - Mr. Djojohadikusumo is an Indonesian entrepreneur and successful businessman, educated in the United Kingdom and the United States, graduating in 1976 from Pomona College in Claremont, California with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.  He is the son of the late prominent economist and former Indonesian Finance and Trade Minister, Professor Sumitro Djojohadikusumo. From 1976 to 1978, he worked at the investment bank Lazard Frères et Cie, in Paris, France.
 
In 1979, Mr. Djojohadikusumo began his own businesses in Indonesia, rising to the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive of various companies, including Cibinong Cement Co. Ltd and PT Prima Comexindo. He was also shareholder and director of various banks including Bank Niaga and Bank Papan Sejahtera. He served as Chairman of the Board and President of Nations Energy Company Ltd, with oilfields in Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. When Nations Energy was sold in 2006, the non Kazakh assets (Azerbaijan, California, Brunei and Indonesia properties) were purchased by Nations Petroleum.  Mr. Djojohadikusumo has served as Chairman of the CIS/Russia Committee of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and has also served as a member on the Board of Directors of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, France as well as Special Envoy of the President of Indonesia to Europe and the CIS, with the rank of Ambassador.  He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Mr Djojohadikusumo is the Chairman of the Hashim Djojohadikusumo Family Foundation, which promotes and supports social activities in education, children’s health and wellbeing, and cultural heritage preservation in areas of Javanese and Indonesian linguistic, anthropology and paleoanthropology. He is also on the Advisory Council of Conservation International Indonesia and his Foundation supports the conservation and protection of Borneo Gibbon, Sumatra Elephant and Beruang Madu (Honey Bear) in Kalimantan, Indonesia. He is Vice Chairperson III of the Board of Directors of the Indonesian Heritage Trust.
