TULPAR

TULPAR SUPPORT SERVICES BV (Tulpar) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nations Petroleum Company, Ltd. The primary assets of Tulpar consist of a fully complete 1000 hp SkyTop-Brewster drilling rig which was completely refurbished in 2006 along with a significant inventory of spare parts. In addition, Tulpas has two Husky 8 Foremost Commander track vehicles which have low operating hours and are in very good condition. This equipment is currently stored in a secure yard in Merak, Indonesia which is a two hour drive west of Jakarta. Nations Petroleum Company, Ltd is selling all of these assets to any interested and qualified parties. The rig and tracked vehicles were used in Papua Indonesia for Nations operations there during the year 2007 and at the completion of those operations were subsequently de-mobilized to Merak where they have been "warm stacked", awaiting disposition or redeployment.
